User library?

    funny you mention that...I asked about several months back. Massive is so easy to create great sounds with! I bet there have been some brilliantly created patches out there. C'mon NI, I wouldn't think that this is asking too much. Let's keep this thread rolling!

    Why no Massive User Library in the NI community?

    Hello,

    I'm new to Massive, but couldn't help notice that most of the NI apps have user libraries available in the NI User Area. Reaktor, Guitar Rig, Absynth, Kontakt, Pro-53. Why not Massive?

    I agree. I bought some patches and patches are always pricey. Now there are a few free patch sites but nothing out there for Massive. We all make patches but we don't all want to start a web site and sell them. And they are so small the upload is easy.

    One problem is that when they updated. The old patches would not work on the new one so there is that.

    For me a Massive user library would be great for two reasons:-

    1) for simple but useful starter patches that can then be adapted by the user to work in their track

    2) for complex patches which can really show what can be done with Massive when you start to use all the various modulation options.


    Perhaps users could also provide details/tips on their patches aswell.
