Using Battery 3 library on an external hard drive......

    Hi,

    I would like to know if it is possible to run battery 3 library of a external hard drive.

    IMO it is totally better to run your samples on an external drive. For instance, having the samples on a separate drive from your OS means the drive doesn't have to work as hard. For backup purposes having the samples separated makes backing up your OS drive faster because backing up/restoring install image is way faster than having to restore/backup installs and sample libraries from one drive. Now that eSata is more common, externals are lightning fast these days. :lol:
