Using dj2 on ipad with kontrol s2 mk3.... and mac?

    I want to use dj2 on an ipad with a traktor s2 mk3, and record and broadcast from a macbook. I'm doing it this way because my ipad has way more storage than the mac (the mac has at most 5gb free).

    Is this possible? How do I get a line in to the mac? There isn't a mic input, just the combined mic/headphone socket. The USB on the Kontrol seems to be input not output.

    Or is there a way to record and broadcast from an ipad? I'm using audio hijack on the mac.
