    Hello all,

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to assign the 'key' feature for decks A and B to certain knobs on a Pioneer DJM mixer. It is quite a good feature to have and I would really appreciate it if someone could let me know how to incorporate this feature into my sets using an external mixer. Sorry if this question has already been asked, this is my first post on the forums.

    Thanks!

If the DJM mixer has some midi knobs, just go into the Controller manager, create a generic midi controller for your mixer (check you can plug it in midi somewhere..) and assigne the /mixer/key control to that knob (click on learn and move the knob) :)

Hm, I'm having some trouble getting Traktor to learn my MIDI mappings on the DJM-700. The mixer is connected via MIDI cable to my Audio 8 interface, I created a new generic MIDI device, but when I turned the knobs I wanted to map (after hitting the 'Learn' button), nothing registered. Can anyone please help me out?
