Using traktor pro for programing / recording DJ sets

I have heard you program / record DJ with traktor pro.

So what i mean is you can plan out a whole Dj mix , choose which track's play at what points by programing it,

Like people do in Ableton or protools.

I'm considering buying it so this ounds interesting.

 

Simply put, build a playlist and engage Cruise mode.

Use the internal recorder to capture the set.

 

So you can build a play list, tel traktor where to start mixing the tracks in / out + fades

Then it automates the lot?

You can set fade-in / fade-out cue points.

Also, there is a setting in the preferences.

 

what about sync ing the tracks?
