well, previous default scripts from NI were kind of super-super limited. and he one from Emerah was super versatile, i was able to do everything i need without touching mouse. will see, anyway. if they are serious this time - that would be perfect

I made the mistake of buying this script without reading the full thread, I have a MK3 but it's not the Mikro and I can't even get the controller editor to recognize the template. Would it be possible to get a refund? I just paid $15 for something that doesn't work at all

 

Hmmm, I'm afraid Elton is to good for this world.
Considering that Elton obviously doesn't run a business and that is was you not reading ... then wouldn't it be quite fair to treat that small $ as a donation honoring his dedication and passion?

Thanks a lot, but please understand him He is absolutely right, I think I have to update the thread post in order to be more accurate.

 

I think the script works, but the template, I can make a template for Maschine Mk3 if you want, I can see what each button is assigned and then send you the template so you can try it. Maybe it works and you can use the script with all it's features for Live 11. Let me know, we can try it. If it doesn't work, I can refund you fully.

 

Please try this template to apply to your Maschine Mk3, installation steps in Controller Editor are same as for Mikro. File is attached in this reply (as a zip).

Hi Elton. I believe I used a previous version of your script...I'm trying to get the new one through Gumroad but for some reason I cannot purchase it. I have tried Paypal and 2 different credit cards...no matter what I do the payment will not go through

 

Elton Memishaj Hey man, I haven't been able to get it to work, when I import the template in midi mode it says "Maschine Mk3 .... Unofficial" but nothing responds on the buttons or pads. When I set my midi controller within Ableton it did not have Maschine Mk3, only the Mikro Mk3. Any ideas?

In Ableton MIDI Preferences, it will continue to show up as "Mikro_Mk3_Unofficial" because that is just the display name of the script, nothing to worry about.
Did the buttons change in Controller Editor after you applied the .ncm3 template file? For example did the touch strip name became "Rpt Rate"?

 

Paypal is unable to process a transaction to you for some reason...either through Gumroad or directly through Paypal. Here is a screenshot of the error:


I've tried sending as both a 'personal' and 'purchase' payment with various cards and none will process. I am located in the US if that makes a difference. Could you DM me to work out a solution?

 

Hi Elton. Please disregard, I was able to process the transaction from my iphone. For other users that may have issues try that (iphone/Safari)...Windows 10 Chrome/IE did not work .

I am updating the script with more stuff for v1.4.0, v1.5.0, and so on, the project is huge and I have set some milestones and a roadmap for the script.
Currently, v1.4.0 will be all about Notes, Clips, Nudge, Copy, Paste, Transpose, Oct Up/Down, Quantize (all these will affect selected notes or all the notes of the selected clip if no notes are selected).
v1.5.0 I plan to have more new functionalities to more buttons that are currently turned off (Maschine icon button, Favourite, Sampling, Pitch, Mod, Fixed Vel, Variation/Navigate)

As an MK3 owner, just want to report that the script is working. Thank you Elton! Really appreciate all the work you've put into this. I was ready for it not to work and would have been happy to make it a donation. Think we're lucky that people like you are spending their time figuring this stuff out.
Any chance v1.4 will have Chord functionality?
