    Good of you to have discovered that on your own! This method has been around quite a while as it seems to be the only realistic workaround to sync live performances in Traktor. Not to take away any of your awesomeness. It's great that users are making creative use of Traktor!

    Another way to set your mix-in/out loops are to set them "after" adjusting the grids (BPM). This way, there is no worries of the loop ever drifting out of tempo with the other track because the 8 beats (or what ever) is not measured manually - it's done by Traktor.
