Virtual Keyboard in Pro52 does not work

    I am the owner of Pro52, Pro53 plus about a dozen other NI instruments. For some reason, my Pro52 in standalone mode has issue with its virtual functions. I can play my midi keyboard, and the Pro52 will play its patches and emit sound, but the keys on the virtual keyboard do not depress as well as any of the other functions. They use to, and all my other instruments do.. I Uninstalled the Pro52 and Reinstalled but still acts this way. Can I get some help correcting this from you?
