Yes, but next time you should upload the folder with the project file (Maschine will create both while export) to have all needed files together. Just also can click on "delete unused sounds" when exporting it, if there is no need to edit the project by use of the whole kit.

Now, as you've figured to use the vocoder within Maschine, go for more: Try to use chords, scales, Arp, FX with the vocoder!

To solve an issue you need to give more information how you are setting it up on your end.
BTW, it is all described in this topic.

Rules to remember.

1. Vocoder need to be loaded directly to dedicated Sound slot in Maschine - NOT as FX after other devices.
2. Vocoder need MIDI note input data to drive it.
3. You need to route audio you would like to process by Vocoder, to the Sound slot where Vocoder is loaded.
