Vst.dll files / sample libs on different drives?

I have the basic Komplete 10 (120GB) installed on my 256GB SSD. I still have space for the Ultimate .dll's on the SSD - But not the libraries.

Will it work less effective if I run the VST.dll's from my 256GB SSD and the Ultimate Libraries coresponding to the .dll's from my second SSD?

They are the same speed - But the question is; Will having the VST.dll's files on one SSD, and the libraries/samples on another make the process run slower than if they were on same drive?

It might affect access/loading times if the speed and/or connection of your second drive is slower than your main drive.
But since you're using two SSDs with the same speed/connection, I don't think that there will be a huge or any difference at all ...

In general it's recommended to have the applications + plugins on one drive. And the sample libraries on a second drive. This way the second drive is only used for reading/streaming the samples ...

So the drive the Applications and Plugins are one, is that okay if its the same drive as Windows and Cubase?

Right now the Sample drive I have is only a 3TB 7200 RPM Drive - I will transfer all the samples over to my 1TB SSD when I get it.

I think my new SSD actually is a bit faster than my current one (the one I have Windows/Cubase + Applications and VST.dll's on). Is that a problem?
