Solved VST Scaling

Hi,

I'm using Kontakt in Fl Studio and all works fine except the scaling of Kontakt :/.

The Fl Studio settings are well scaled, it's just the Kontakt window that is too small.

 

Kontakt does not support GUI Scaling...basically what you see is what you get when using higher resolutions. This has been an issue for many, so you are not alone.

I don’t get the answer, because I have no issue opening Kontakt in Ableton Live… the size is perfect! Why is Cubase different?

If we're talking about the Kontakt app size...
I’ve recently discovered that the zoom function on an iMac can help.
(Apparently,windows has a similar function, but I don’t use that for music stuff.)

Although not ideal and initially can be a little awkward to use, but with practice it is useful.

It will need some setting up, with different variations including whole screen or a picture in picture etc.
The best way to find out is via an internet query/search,where guides are found.

Works with Kontakt stand alone or within cubase.

I can now read the Kontakt text without eye strain…lol.

Or, one may have more monitors attached to computer and one of them with lower resolution.
