    three Native Instrument vstis absolutely refusing to show, Personal Orchestra, EWQL SO silver and DFH2.
    the .vsts are in audio>plugins>vst; I have repaired permissions manually and via disk utility, reinstalled everything 2, 3 times

    the user account is quite new, shouldn't be corrupted, YET. no other user accounts. this whole DAW installation is pretty fresh.

    all 3 are fine as standalones

    it's a mystery

    Welcome =)

    Are you on an IntelMac? If so, you'll need the latest GPO update to run GPO as a plugin- that's the UB version and uses the latest Kontakt Player. Your EWQLSO will not run as a plugin on an IntelMac with the Kompakt player version (you'll need the PLAY version instead of the NI version- the Kompakt player is not and never will be UB). DFH2 I'm not sure about.

    no, it's the age-old G5 PPC, I know about the UB issue.
    OS 10.3.9, SX2.2.39, the QL plugs are the 1.0.8 version, GPO 1.1.8.
    (this DFH2 is also a kompakt player btw)

    never saw this til now.
    am experiencing no other difficulty with cubase and vstis.

    OK- I thought I'd check.

    Are they appearing in the disabled plugins list in SX? Have you done a forced rescan of your VST folder?

    ayup, in devices>plugin info., they weren't checked, I checked 'em, quit and relaunched and, no mas problemas

    never saw that before; the .vsts appear to have been corrupted in a bad user account, and I had reinstalled the Whole Shebang from backups; those .vst files wouldn't be copied over during a reinstall. once they were deleted, the install went fine, but cubase hadn't got wind of it til I'd manually gone to plugin info.

    thanx for the replies
