Waiting 3 weeks for a reply from NI

    I bought Pro Five the 16th of january.


    Mailed NI asking how I should pay for the upgrade (like it said on the NI site, "contact sales").

    Sent my Pro Five CD to NI.

    After 3 weeks, I still haven't got the upgrade, or the answer to my question!

    I get no reply from sales, except a mail that says: "send us the cd" - I allready knew that from the NI site! Am I to guess how to pay? Am I to wait another month before I can even use the app I bought and paid?

    Phew... NI finally contacted me today.

    Posting in the German forum did the trick...
