Wanting to get Komplete 7 instead of 8 question

I'm considering getting Komplete 7.
Yes, I know Komplete 8 is out and how awesome it is, but the new Kontakt requires Windows 7 and I still have Vista. I plan to upgrade my whole computer next year, so my plan is to just go with the Vista-compatible Komplete 7 and just upgrade to Komplete 9 or even 10 ultimate when the time comes (Komplete 7 seems loaded enough as is to me; it'll probably 2 two year to use everything properly anyways).

Anyway, a couple questions.

1) If I purchase Komplete 7 from like amazon or somewhere, the license will still be good, right? This may be a stupid question, but I figured I'd cover my bases rather than spend $500 for nothing?

2) Will there still be an e-voucher for $60, and will it still work?

3) Any recommendations where I might find a cheaper Komplete 7 than amazon?

4) Why oh why couldn't Komplete 8 just be compatible with Vista as well?
