    and I just missed it?

When I assign two knobs from my Oxygen8 to a LP4 filter in the "insert effects" rack via "Midi AUtomation", I can twist the knobs and hear the effects, but the knobs in kontakt do not move in realtime to reflect teh changes. If I change the knobs, click to a different effect, then click back, the screen is updated to the current knob config, but I cann't change things in realtime.

    Is this a known bug?

    (K2.1.1 on PC)

I can't seem to repro this. I opened a new patch, added a group insert FX: LP4 in the first slot, then went to the Browser's MIDI Automation tab, dragged from CC#1 to the filter's cutoff knob, then dragged from CC#1 to the filter's reso knob (to double-assign it).

When I move the mod wheel (CC#1) the knobs light up as expected.

Do you have a different recipe? Please post specifics if you do.

I will try and recreate the scenario tonight, one difference I see already is that i was using knobs from my Oxygen 8, not hte modwheel, I believe the CC's were 21 / 22

It shouldn't matter; mod wheel is CC#1, you're using CC#20/21, but the only difference is the CC#. Either CC's work or they don't.

This happens for me as well.

Also when controlling some parameters I get a nasty crackling sound.

But can you post some specific recipe that demonstrates it?

(i.e. create a simple instrument, tell me how to do the assignment(s) exactly how you do them, etc...)
