I am pressing keys and I see the output level is showing that it is delivering audio to the speakers but its not playing anything. I switch to ASIO and it works just fine except all the bugs with ASIO. For example I can't even load youtube or reaktortutorial videos while using ASIO in Reaktor 6. The videos just freeze when I load Reaktor and will not play. I really need WASAPI to work for my needs. Any advice would be appreciated. Do I need a sound card maybe? Do I need to update any drivers?

Go into file in Reaktor and open audio and midi settings,Check audio out is realtek high definition and the driver is WASPI shared mode. Also check routing is going to your speakers e.t.c..As far as ASIO it only works with 1 desktop daw e.t.c as far as i know, your best bet is turn your computer off and on again and check what i said

Ok the problem is the routing output was set to realtek digital output. I changed it to speaker l/r and it fixed it. Then I figured out every time I closed reaktor it would set it back to realtek digital output l/r. So I went to playback devices and disabled everything except what I use which is headphones and speakers. It took a few restarts and resaving the settings as speakers but eventually it got it right and now it opens up as speakers l/r every time. Thanks for the advice. I just saw realtek earlier and didn't read the digital part and assumed it was right. Also because earlier it had realtek digital, realtek digital (optical) and speakers loaded so I assumed that one of them would work but no the speakers have to be in the 1 and 2 slots.
