    Hello,

I'm new to the forum and to using Traktor so please bare with me.

I got a Tracktor Kontrol S3 a few months ago and
I've been recording my old vinyl to .wav files in Audacity to play on it. For some reason Traktor comes up with the error that the track can't be found or is corrupted. It's only the files from Audacity that won't play, other .wav files work fine.
I tried saving a few of the tracks to .mp3 and they worked fine. I'm keen to play the .wav files though if it's possible. Can anyone give me some advice please?

I saw the other post about Beatport files but didn't want to add my issue to the thread.

    Thanks very much
    Josh

    Hi JoshvL ,

Would it be possible for you to tell me more about your set up ? Are on Windows ? Mac ? Which version of Traktor do you use ? etc...
Could you send me one of these .wav files if you still didn't find the solution of this problem ?

    Thank you

Hello Jonas, thanks very much for replying. I'm using windows to run Traktor Pro 3 on a Core i7 laptop. Version of Tracktor Pro 3 is 3.5.1277.
I'll post up the track from my computer in a minute.
    Thanks heaps, Josh

Jonas C @ NI for some reason it won't allow me to upload the wav file, is there another way for me to do so?

The issue only seems to occur with wav files from Audacity. I've downloaded wav files from Beatport that seem to work fine.

    Thanks very much
