weird little cosmetic bug

When i hit the # key on my QWERTZ keyboard (no function assigned to it), a search icon appears on the 4th visible track from the top in the browser, in the color column.

update: when i press the ü key, a search icon appears in the artist column, also always the 4th visible row from the top, no matter which track is there at the moment

edit: found some more:

- ß or ö: second field from the top in the artist column
- ä: topmost visible artist cell
- ´: third artist field

 

wayfinder I can't reproduce this, please try making a backup of your Traktor Settings.tsi and remove it while Traktor is closed. Let me know if the issue persists.

 

Issue persists, but slightly differently.

I've made two videos: one for how it happens with my Traktor Settings.tsi (see list above for what exactly happens), and another after I removed it.

Hitting the + key now produces a search icon, and the other keys don't. Things change a little when I move columns around to change their order, sometimes the field the search icon appears in is a different one, with some column orderings there isn't one. I scrolled down to show how it's not tied to a specific track but to the slot from the top of the view, it's always in the second visible field.

 

Which language are you using on your keyboard?

 

I can reproduce this issue with ö, ä and ü. But I haven't noticed anything with ß, # or ´.
German keyboard layout. TP 3.4.2
