West Africa library doesn't open

    I've installed West Africa on my Windows 7 PC but the patches won't open. I get the message "The patch could not be loaded (unknown error)".

    I've tried reinstalling the library but with no success.

    Any ideas?

    make sure you have the latest version of Kontakt (4.2.3) installed.
