what do I need

    Give us some info here
    Do you have a copy of traktor already ?
    If yes -->what version ?
    If no --> you need the scratch version
    Laptop? Mixer?

    Thanks. At present I haven't got the traktor software. I have a mixer (behringer djx 750) and laptop (hp pavilion) . I was wondering if scratch duo 2 would be enough and could run all 4 decks?

    Do you need all 4 decks timecode ?
    Or just the 1200's
    If your laptop is powerfullenough you can run 4 decks timecode
    Then you will need traktor scratch A10
    When 2 decks timecode will do it for you than A6 will do

    So I don't think I will be playing all decks at once but want the option to switch between vinyl and CD probably play 3 at most mix 2 and scratch on the 3rd.
