Why sit so far from your monitors?

I understand it's not like it should be. But I can go on making music much longer (without getting techno-tired). Next to that i can also use them for listening my other music. And... if I want to finish a track, I can take them to another place just in front of me. I have a lot of flexibel boxes everywhere in my living room, so I can change the settings easily

    Yo Duke,

I really like the way you got your ish setup! Looks dope! Like Flux said, the color scheme is cool, but I like the Vinyl Shelf up top and the layout too!

    NICE!

thanks......just started putting it together about 4 months ago i was sick of the clutter i would get on other desks so i went to the drawing table and put my own vision on the blue print and that's what i came up with might make some minor changes but other then that its been fantastic

The lemur is very nice I am lucky.

I have a DSI PolyEvolver keyboard so the desktop is used for an extra voice, and I do like it a lot :)

    Here's my studio:

Hardware: Macbook Pro 2,4Ghz, Yamaha 01x, NI Maschine, Akai MPD32, Novation Remote Zero SL, Korg Kontrolpad, E-mu Xboard 25, Crappy creative speakers + Sennheizer headphones. 24" screen.

Software: Ableton Live 8 with sampler, Reason 4, NI Kore, Kontakt, Maschine, Massive, Absynth, FM8, Pro53, MOTU Bpm...

The studio is really, really small. About the size of a phone booth, but im happy with it and i can do my stuff in there alone. The last pic shows the view from my window.
