What laptop screen resolutions work and/or are you using with TP3

    Purchasing a laptop to use with TP3.

    The official specs state a resolution of 1280x800, but this is not so common for a laptop screen these days.

    What about 1366x768 (HD), will this work fine and fit everything on-screen neatly? As have found a decent priced/spec laptop with this screen res.

    There is a comment here from NI stating that TP3 won't work with 'high-resolution displays' though it's not clear what resolutions are being referring to, as 1366x768 is HD, whereas 1920x1080 would be Full HD, etc.

    Please if you can list the screen res which you have TP3 displaying perfectly on. I want to use a laptop's default res, as I find it rarely looks nice when other than default resolutions are set.

    In case relevant, am going to be running on Win 10.

    Also, I see in the manual, it states:

    > Fullscreen Resolution: Determines the zoom factor of TRAKTOR’s fullscreen view. If set to Desktop, TRAKTOR uses the native resolution of your computer 1:1. When choosing another Preferences option, the full screen view appears larger (zoomed in) because TRAKTOR assumes a lower screen resolution. The available options depend on your hardware.

    So this indicates that all manner of different screen resolutions should work?

    I have been using TP3 with a screen resolution of 1366x768 on a windows 7 laptop. It is ok as long as you use only a 2 deck view or even with parallel waveform in view.
    My new laptop (not budget) has a resolution of 1920x1080. This works much better. See the attached pictures with the two different resolutions.

    i got a new laptop recently and chose a dell xps15 with a resdolution of 1920x1080 (1080p) because i know that is a good resolution for traktor even though i had the option to go for 4k.

    Life with Trakotr is all about the pros and cons.

    This is 1600x900 on a 17" Windows 7 laptop, with a Browser font size of 16. I run it like Serato - if it's on the controller, I've tried to remove it on the GUI.
