If I want to put all my one shot's that Traktor beatgrids with different tempo's in one Remix Pack, how would I do it the easiest way?

Previously with the old sample decks the tempo sync wasn't mandatory for them but now it automatically syncs the tempo of the sample to the defined BPM of the remix deck. Should I simply set the BPM of each sample to the current remix deck BPM in order to have it played in proper fashion without adapting tempo?

Matching tempo's of the samples with the currently playing song wouldn't be necessary in my case because I only want to trigger some effects (like le good ole horn) or simple vocals like "hands up" - just want to make use of all those nice shiny glowing buttons and pages of my F1 :)

i have the same problem, please help someone? i need to use my samples for jingles but its changing my bpms so some sound like chipmunks and some like a giant with a bad throat lol, please help

should say this is why i bought traktor pro 2.6 for the remix decks to be used to fit all my jingles in but its useless to me if i cant keep the jingles at their individual bpms

If the sample has no beat (vocal, harmony, acceppella)
Just change the bpm(remix deck in advanced view) to a closer or exact bpm of the track or remix deck to be synced to. Keep in mind any sample without an actual beat may be off as far as bpm anyway. I change the bpm and dont use keylock for samples without a definate beat.
This also works for acceppellas (vocal) track(decks).

For a sample with a beat you can use the loop recorder to make keylocked and bpm correct samples.
Although this is a bit of work. And can be a pain to get right. I have a method I use to make any bpm sample keylocked and usable but it is way too hard to explain. Anyone who wants to PM me I will try to help out if interested.

But yeah for one shot no bpm samples just change the (ghostly ) bpm after all its only a grid and latches to beats so no beat/no worries.
