When did you receive yours?

*Still* no sign of my Absynth 3, well over a month later. I'm prepared to cut NI some slack for their new service, but I'm not happy so far.

 

What the?! You're in Seattle and got it in 7 days? I'm in Seattle and it's been 13 days and still no Absynth. There's something seriously screwy going on here.

 

Just got the disc today... 14 days later.

Got mine

I ordered mine last week (Komplete care 2005) and it arrived this morning!

Weekend of Absynth and Battery 2 goodness for me then

Still a no show-

Almost 2 months wait.

I have emailed NI for the third time...

After using AB3 for a couple hours, I've found that it's so full of bugs - you probably aren't missing anything.

i registered KC2k5 just before christmas 2k4 and have not rcvd any email or software from NI. (however, my A3 sn does appear online) the only response i've gotten from NI is to my 1st email asking what's going on -- i was told it'd be shipping "in coming days". that was 2 wks ago, and still nada.

i'll be curious to see how updates are handled through out the year. if this process becomes the norm, i'll be more than a little gun shy to shell out coin on future NI products... especially if the A3 bug issues are as rampant as posters let on.

No Absynth 3

I emailed NI 2 times - no answer
Waiting for my Absynth 3, which is in the shops now.
This is probably the last time I bought anything at NI.

 

phone them. phone them phone them.
forget email.
call them and you have an answer within the next minute.

 

Right. California doesn't answer their phones, and I'm not about ready to spend the bucks calling Berlin from the eastern US.

 

I bought Komplete care about a fortnight ago, registered it and Absynth arrived this morning.

 

oh man.
thats a bummer.
i was speaking about berlin.
calling from germany to us is VERY cheap nowadays.
i would do it.

I hope NI will consider offering electronic downloads for upgrades that don't require big sample libraries. It would have made this whole Absynth mess a lot easier.

 

finally

After registering in late December and a call to NI tech support in late February, my A3 arrived two days ago; Installed yesterday and all is well - so far - in PTLE & Live4 on osX.3.7.

 

I got mine yesterday. It's great!
