    I play it by ear, you know, end the loop before the first kick on the second bar. Are you editing something other than a drum loop?

    Actually sampling like loops of audio. I'm so used to acid pro for finding loop points.

    keep the loop long, set envelope setting on sample to ADSR with no attack or release, then enter a one bar note. your sample will play for that bar only. if you keep adding the note your audio will loop at the bar measurement. adjust attack and release if it clicks.
