When I connect my MK3 to external sources I don't get any audio signals

    Good Afternoon:
    I have an Maschine MK3 which is connected to my iMac running OS 10.15. When I connect my MK3 to my Reloop turntables I don't receive any audio signals. I am using the correct cables. I have watched several videos on youtube plus I have the Udemy course material on Maschine. I have tried everything I can think of and now I'm wondering if there is an issue with my MK3. I have also tried connecting my MK3 to my iPhone and iPad using different cables as well.
    Any suggestions?
