When can we expect Kore 2 64 bit Mac update?

Kore 2 is absolutely unusable on my system and going back to 32 bit is not an option for me.

I'd like to know that too, since i plan to move to 64-bit applications early next year but there are still a handfull of audioapps not available in 64-bit.

I'm using kore 2 (32 bit) on windows 7 (64 bit) without problems.

Anyone using it on 64 bit mac without problems? The mod here suggested that any bugs were due to it not being 64 bit compatible with Logic even with the 32 bit bridge.

I'm not the one who's suggesting that; NI is. I'll quote from the knowledge base:

Me too, but i also want to use it as a native plugin in Cubase 64-bit without using a bit bridge.

" ...plug-ins from Native Instruments which are not yet available as 64-bit ..."

Well that kind of sounds encouraging.

Go back to Logic 8 if you have it, it works. Although nice to have 9.

They've been not 'yet' available for some time now.

It needs to be a priority NI.

What makes you think it isn't? They have been working hard on making their whole range 64 bit haven't they? I'm sure it is a priority already - it would be strange for it not to be really.

I'm running Kore2 in win7 x64 without major issues, but to me that's not the main issue. I've all my synths and samplers organized inside Kore, and I like it that way - that's why I bought Kore - and it's not possible to take advantage of every software that already has a x64 version, for example Kontakt which really needs the extra RAM.
At this moment Kore2 is the weakest software that I'm working with and the one that gives me more problems, although mainly related to this issue of not taking advantage of the RAM I have and need.
I'm a good Kore2 user, own many of its packs, just think this x64 issue should have been taken care already, and the argument that there's not enough x64 DAWs to justify this, although in my opinion was never a valid one, now it is completely wrong.

for me, Kore 2 is pretty much unusable as a plugin inside Sonar x64, as it is glitchy and crackly with Cakewalk's Bitbridge and is even much worse with jBridge. and i've got a Windows 7 x64 get-up with 2.6Ghz quad & 8 gigs of RAM. i can use it in standalone mode only, so i'm really just using it as a librarian. granted, after going through 75% of the 16000 or so presets and rating them with stars and colors, i find it easy to find 5-star presets of a particular timbre, and then i load the actual VST (as opposed to running it in Kore 2). I am looking forward to an x64 version of Kore 2 (not Kore 3) with multicore awareness to run inside the future update of Maschine (that also hopefully plays well with multiple processors)

My system is pretty much similar to yours (win7 x64, 8GB RAM, Quad Core) and I'm also using Kore2 in jBridge, and aside from the obvious shortcomings I'm not having troubles, maybe it's the DAW, I'm on Reaper x64 and even with Reaper's own bridge everything works well with the exception of the automation which sometimes as a peculiar behavior. Kore2 is the only plugin I use with jBridge all others x64 plugins I use with Reapers bridge.
But I'm with you in this, still waiting for a Kore2 not 3 working in x64 environment and a better cpu performance would be great, although the only thing I notice about cpu is when having 5/6 or more sounds at the same time, it seems to me that it becomes a bit unstable, unlike Omnisphere which can have very heavy CPU requirements although with a much more stable behavior.
