I installed AP and I can play the pianos, but in the recording studio room only. I can't get any of the other settings (cathedral, hall, jazz club) to work. The kompakt player says it cannot find the file for those spaces. So what file am I missing? All the pianos are there and I can load them, but I seem to be missing three files.

I copied all of the sample directories with all their contents. Are the impulse response files for these settings hidden somewhere? I cannot find them on the cd roms. In fact, I can't find any samples or directories that say 'impulse' either on the cd roms or on my hard drives.

    What should I look for?

Any help on this would be deeply appreciated.

    Thanks Paul.

I must have messed up the initial installation because I could not find any directory for impulse files. I was advised by tech support to uninstall and re-install AP and this seems to have worked.

    Hi Marko !

Yes ! I had trhe same issue, - at 1st installation, all progams and impulses were missing ´cause I copied the librarys 1st. The sample libraries itself have to be installed also to install programs and impulses ...

    Hi all,

most important point is that when you start over that you do chose to install the library in the AP 1.0 or Komplete 4 installer! this first installer will create the library structure and default patches, preset patches, impulses, demos etc.

then you install the single piano samples into that existing structure using the library installers.

this choice in the first installer should not be optional. this will be fixed in upcoming full AP and Komplete installers.

    best,
    Markus
