where have my stems and remix sets gone?

    All of my stems and remix sets have gone and I've no idea where to. I can see them in the folder but every time I try drag them into a stem deck or remix deck I get the error message saying corrupt file. I have tried checking for consistency but the files are nowhere to be found anywhere on my computer. This is starting to get frustrates I have over £400 worth of stems and remix sets that are nowhere to be seen and I haven't done anything to move any files on my laptop especially not traktor related files. Any help to relocate them would be massively apreciated.

    same here.
    All my stem files will not load, and have disappeared.
    Very frustrating, even after only spending $49.50.
