    It's 9 AM Berlin time on October 1st - where is my Komplete 13? :(

    "Komplete will become available for download on October 1, 2020" - when we show up in the office? ;)

    We've started earlier this morning but yes we have to be in office to monitor any possible issue ;)
    You'll get an email with your license soon if it wasn't the case already.
