Solved where is my purchased expansion “soul magic”??

Hi,
I just bought an expansion on my iphone "soul magic" and now I can no longer see it in my list of purchased products. very weird. I also want to download it on my ipad since I bought it but that now seems to be impossible because it is nowhere to be seen not on my Iphone and on my iPad.

Is there some explanation to this, except that iMaschine 2 needs to be updated?

As explained in your other thread, we had a little issue with the deployment of the expansion on iOS and Maschine Plus. Nothing more than just a temporary bug and it has been solved on both platforms now

 

No nothing has been solved until you get us proper update for this program and solve all costumer problems. U cant fool me anymore!
this sounds like the umpteenth lie in native instrument uniform .. don't you understand that my trust is burdened.. You know how long I wait for a solid turn of events, it seems a stench of thanks In my eyes.
