Where is my serial # ?

    I know, it is really annoying, when somebody starts to whine about something connected with web servers, traffic and automatically generated stuff, but:

    I purchased my TSP2 upgrade at saturday, and today I finally received the invoice, but still no sign of serial number.

    My problem is, that I need time for migration, analizing tracks, RE-MAPPING my APC, and so on, and that time ends tommorrow - I have gigs from Wednesday till the end of the week. I postponed the upgrade for so long, waiting for better system, free of bugs and complications, and when the 50% off offer showed up, I couldn't resist...

    Now, I hope you understand me - I just want my serial...

    im in the same boat... ordered the upgrade and waiting for the serial. been waiting almost 8 hours now for the "valid order confirmation". the email said it could take up to a day.

    I got my confirmation e-mail 2 days later, but I still don' t have the one with the serial number...

    They don' t send tickets too... But as KidCuervo says, I checked the sales forum - it is a mess out there...

    I purchased the tsp2 upgrade on friday & guess what ? still no serial number ! this is getting beyond a joke now.

    I've been sent a serial number that doesn't work, and in fact causes Service Center to crash.

    :D

    I've opened a ticket with support. Wish me luck.

    I ordered TSP2 Cert. Upgrade on Saturday, got the package today, looks like snail mail is faster than a serial over email ;D

    A moderator responded 3 posts before yours..!

    Also, Moderators cannot help with issues concerning Serial numbers. Members must file these issues with Registration Support.

    Moderators can escalate peoples tickets if the members do not receive a reply 'after' 3 days and not before.

    Karlos, I did not recieved a ticket from support too... I know, it is not in your zone of operations, but I am getting into 4th day...

    Please file it with Registration Support.

    I would imagine that NI are under a lot of strain to process all the purchases in the 50% sale. This is no excuse but its a fair assumption of what might be causing the delay.

    Ordered my TS2 upgrade on friday 25/11. Send a ticket on monday, and 5 day onward.. still no serial :(

    I am so disappointed :(

    Just re-submitted the ticket and actually got a ticket number this time, I guess that the auto-response system wasn't working last time I tried.

    It's day 3 now since I originally logged the issue, can this be escalated please? It's hardly my fault if the email response system isn't working.
