    The installation went fine.
I just don't know where is the preview library
For example , I tried to browse in the instruments section - Synth pad, but every sound I choose, it loads the plugin.
Is there a link or a thread somewhere to get some information about the preview library ?
    thx

Are you scrolling through the presets with the dial?

In Native Access do you have a "Previews" module in there?

That is what installs the preview sound files and they will play as you scroll through the presets in the library before loading the instrument.

Existing MK1 owners received an email with a serial that adds this to Native Access. I am not sure if the MK2 serial includes this or if you need to wait for an email with the serial for this.

The actual sound files are installed with the rest of the library material (wherever you set that). On windows the directory is called "Previews" and within are cryptic folders with the plugins preview files (as ogg sound files) within there

How do you uninstall this on Mac, just trashing the library isn't working, it still shows as installed in Native Access?

This is weird. I entered the serial # that came with the keyboard on Native Access. Sometime after that an update warning flashed when I tried to open Komplete Kontrol. I selected to update which it did via Native Access. This was a very long download. But everything is good now. I have the preview feature working. Now what’s weird is that I just checked my email and NI sent me another preview serial #. Maybe it’s because I have both Mk1 and Mk2 keyboards.

U'll have to give NI some time to get to your response... By that I mean allow AT LEAST 3 weeks for an emailed question. 2 weeks if you are lucky.

It's insane and borderline unacceptable but they appear completely understaffed in the areas of support for all the products they are trying to sell.

Some of us (like me) are more than willing to help where we can but I can tell you that when I have asked for some assistance myself recently I get treated like i'm a hacker because I offer NKS compatibility for non-NKS instruments in the User, and yes they have used that term funnily enough.

This goes together with the attitude to not deliver a power supply...This guys start to **** it up even more...Just buy our product and then be alone withyourself. When they just would put only a piece of the money from their marketing budget for fancy movies and so on to make customers happy, they would earn even more...

I'm still waiting to receive my e-voucher, which I thought was automated. I guess not. Oh, and I'm also still waiting to be able to use my new keyboard properly, and still waiting for the previews to work correctly...

@JesterMgee People like yourself and @D-One do more for customer relations than any NI official. It's a really strange customer service ethos they have there, never seen anything like it before.

E-Vouchers are automated. Whats the issue with your keyboard and the previews? If you didn't get the discount vouchers / software / preview then contact support, I got mine about 10 minutes after registering the KKSMK2.
NI officials are mostly silent with the exception of Mick, some sections do have more vocal officials though... I do what I can to help, this is my Facebook. :D

Keyboard issue is the lack of being able to choose velocity curve and touchstrip etc. Yeah, I've opened two separate tickets (one for s61, one for maschine mk3) for the evouchers. No reply to the tickets, but I received one voucher a couple of days ago. Nothing yet for the other.
