Where is the support for Native Instrument products?

    I'm curious...have anyone got any kind of response from the tech support? I'm still waiting for a simple question regarding my Komplete Audio 6 with Mavericks. Searching for the problem I have, I face the fact that I'm not alone. Mavericks have been out for more than a month and Native still haven't faced the issues towards the new OS.

    I'm sitting here with studio equipment I cannot use. Using the hardware for more than a few minutes result in the sound to get distorted and just sound plain bad in every possible way.

    The bad part for Native is loosing a whole bunch of customers due to the lack of even responding in the forums.

    ...oh, and the moderators here isn't very active. One of them haven't been online since March, another one replied about a week ago...somewhere and the last one doesn't even have any recent activities listed.

    I wonder how the tech support is doing...
