Where's Appendix C?

    The pdf manual Components Reference refers to Appendix C, “Tips on Creating Your Own Rig.” Where exactly is this?

    (It's not in the CompRef pdf, that I can see anyway… Or in any of the other pdfs I have in Documentation.)

    I'm looking for more detailed info on creating parallel FX, btw.

    Discovered Appendix C in online copies of the Guitar Rig manuals for versions 2 and 3, it's short but interesting. It doesn't seem to have been included in any of the docs for version 4, wonder why?
