Who Are Your Favorite Producers?

you guys got any videos of your favorite producers in action?
what makes them your favorite producer?

 

I saw some old school vidz of Squarepusher and some of those guys doing their thing. The term bedroom producer was probably invented by those guys. Very sparse setup for the time.

love sp...., I tend to gravitate toward cats like that that are openminded and organic feeling even through machines... I like this guy for the same reason.

I love Dubkasm because they (I think one of the duo actually produces) take a genre with a lot of history, conventions and purists and manage to stay open minded and forward thinking while paying homage to the roots of the music. And they share their knowledge!

Well I've been listening to his tunes from way back in day ,when I use to hear stuff on pirate radio , his style stands out ,killer beats , soulful melodies , funky, he just use to drop **** , and I'd be like , pull that back
out of the jungle era he's def my favourite producer.

 

I'm surprised his got the kontrol tho .

Diplo. Sango. Kaytranada. Boi1da, 40 Shebib. Pomo. Yung Bae. Carmack. Carmack. Carmack. Kartell. Knxwledge. Mndsgn. esta. Toro y moi. Also a crazy number of Korean producers whose name I can't produce but them boys are bringing the heat over there my gawd.

They all innovate in their own ways and make exciting music to me, and find ways to push the boundaries of their genres, or at the very least make amazing music within the box of what makes up the genre.
