Why I haven't received my 2 free Maschine expansion ?

Hi NI,
I bought NI Maschine in November 2011 & has registered it in about 1st week of Nov. So, I'm eligible for 2 free expansion. But until today, end of November, I haven't got any emails contain e-voucher

I already contact support in 17 Nov (Ticket#2011111710000168) & 24 Nov (Ticket#2011112410001028) but haven't got any answer

I'm affraid if this happen thru end of the year that I can't get my 2 free expansion.

The main reason that I bought Maschine is the 2 free expansion

For moderator, sorry if I posted in wrong forum, it's so hard to login to this site with my internet connection (sometimes it log out automatically)....so again, sorry if this is not the approriate forum.

you wont get the answer here, its a user forum - you are looking for an answer from the company, the ticket will get resolved - they always do, I have never had a ticket go unresolved - thats why they are there.

 

I was pretty lucky and had my codes within two hours after I registerd my maschine. Good luck.

From this day i don't received the e-voucher.
I sent an email this week, and i haven't any answer too.
