Why is it so hard for me to get my Native Instruments to work!?!

No I just have the one external that i'm currently using for my sounds. Also I've never used migration assistant.

It’s pretty easy you can do it over WiFi or by connecting the two macs with a cable
What macs are they ? What connection do they have usb c a etc ?
Is there stuff on the MacBook that’s not on the Mac or is it a fresh install?
What it does is copy one Mac to the other , so your apple account/ apps and other settings and files

 

When I first got my MK3 I used my laptop and downloaded native access and Komplete select. Since then I believe I deleted the content from my laptop but there’s still some files hanging around like in my documents folder... there’s a native instruments folder that has a Kontakt, Maschine, massive, reaktor 6 folder ...

 

Should I delete everything off my MacBook? Whatever is native that is?

 

No just save anything you want to keep ,everything will get replaced from your main Mac

 

After you copy from main Mac to MacBook , native access and maschine should see your external and everything should be working

 

Ok. I’m going to circle back with you tomorrow. I’m gonna get everything saved and updated first before transferring over.
