    Oh, so i can download the update can i... have YOU tried? so my username and pass
    works now. It does ....but now under the update it says'in order to download,please
    register your product F***. I've done this but.... ok I'll try again. so off to the
    registration page.
    i select kontakt and put in v.1.5 serial number. it dosent belong to the chosen product,
    but hey,NI I notice that the serial number example indicates(due to spaces and
    number of stars) that your asking for the original serial...cool (IVE BEEN THROUGH
    THIS TOO MANY TIMES). i put in the original serial+THe serial number has allready
    been registered. I F******** no that. So ,I then go to check my data... all is well, What
    the hell is going on. YOU GET ME THE UPDATE.
    And now im upset AGAIN help me now. and,,,do not try to pin ever again "you
    shouldnt have multiple accounts...it confuses things"on me. Before I bought the 1.5 I
    was discussing with your team that I forsee that their could be problems due to the
    fact that the original was registered in my brothers name. YOU SHOULD OF
    SORTED IT OUT. IVE ONLY BEEN DOING WHAT YOUR TEAM RECOMMENDS.
    YOUR TEAM SAID THEIR WOULDNT BE A PROBLEM IF I REGISTERED THE
    ORIGINAL IN _MY NAME>> I DID.
    HELP NOW. Im having some breakfast, a break from this S*** and the hopefully you
    will of replied with some advice that works otherwise as a farewell to NI and before I
    demand a FULL=refund Im going to spend the afternoon giving people advice on
    your forum.
    PLLLLEEEEAAASSSEE help. dont just give me rubbish anymore. All, these mails are

    Just to keep you informed? im at present at last downloading the update. Why have I once again been let down by NI in the fact that you havent replied to my mails?
    Simple questions to help me put this damn piece of software on my system and hopefully, after 3-4 weeks have been pi***** up the wall due to incompetance, have a studio that works again.
    HHHHHHEEEELLLLPPPPP ME .

    ps.when i was a customer service advisor,I got pleasure and satisfaction out of helping people. Sorry to other forum users who read all this. once again,its the only way with NI to get a response

    Please now lets just be polite. Will you now answer my previous question about the installation process as the download is at last complete(its taken weeks.) and as said, I want to do it 'text book right'.

    and... I promise... unless any more problems... I wont be gracing your forum pages ever again. I'd even come up with a 'forum game'. Its called 'mach-5 tennis'. Forum users see how many times they can type and post(no cheating with copy'n'pastes 'mach-5' texts in an allotted forum thread/time bracket. Every one posts 'mach 5' as many times possible whilst the mediator squashes and deletes them! The winner could possibly be also announced by the mediator?! Childish but could be some christmas fun.... :) (possibly not-allowed?)

    Jonathan,

    This was a matter of 2 hours delay today between finding the problem with the registration and fixing it. Before more support could be given we had to get that straight so you could download the update. It required fixing something in the database, a peculiar problem. And I honestly don't think Dan was "pinning" multiple accounts on you, he was simply taking the first step to resolving the problem.

    Dan and Marius are on this for you, you will receive an answer ASAP, they have both already been in contact with you and we here in the Online Team have been involved as well.

    I assure you we've been trying to fix this problem since yesterday and I'm certain that more than one of us has been in touch, and will continue to be in touch until this is resolved.

    Hi Matt,
    Thanks to all at NI. I have kontakt on my system with logic and no 'logic unexpectadly quit' yet.
    Sorry to all for bad language/temper.
    So, hopefully all is good now and off to write some tracks at last. Happy Christmas(a bit early?) to you all and hopefully the flaming lips of Private Jet will no longer be gracing your forum or e-mails unless...............
    the 'multi-instrument' side dosent work.Thats how I need your program working....time will tell...the next few hours the truth be known....

    Also, please look into the copy protection thing. it really does just punish honest paying customers. I disagree with cracks and like to support developers like yourselves,how else are we able to and excellent software(when its solid), but I expect many PC users are allready on cracks of 1.5 and I feel that the dongle route etc is possibly the best.

    thankyou for your help. Once again,sorry about the rage/artistic mentality etc... My music and powerful software is my life. Please forward this to those concerned. If i find any niggles i will be polite now i can use the correct channels(support form). also, respect to NI for having a forum.
