Why Only Deck a FX not working, and how to edit FX 3 and 4 parameters on S8

Any idea why only Deck A FX won't work? Is it frekking broke or some settings in preferences or what? :x

Also, is there anyway to tweak FX 3 and 4 Parameters on Traktor S8, like one can do with FX unit 1 and 2?

 

No idea, in theory it should work as it works on the other decks. I have one suggestion though:
Check in the controller editor that nothing has been mapped to those FX Assign buttons on the S8 with the function “override original” activated. If that was the case, it would be what it’s causing the issue

As for the second question, if you enable 4FX units on Traktor Pro, an overlay should appear on the bottom of the screen which will allow you to modify the FX parameters with thoe encoders and buttons under each screen

 

Nothing is mapped to those controls.

I also notice that also, only deck A, I need to press and hold the loop buttons for it to take effect. The other decks, if i press a loop button, like 1/4, it will trigger in loop until I press it again. Maybe these two are somehow related?

 

Then no idea why this is happening... maybe you could contact the NI support trhough HelpDesk or Twitter?

and about the second question, maybe you had the Flux enabled? Just guessing... if it wasn’t, no idea why...
have you tried to reinstall Traktor, update drivers etc?
Could you try it in another computer to see if the errors persists?
