    Hello, everybody

So the problem goes like this:

I connect my ucg102 to PC with all the drivers and 'guitar combos' software installed. By the way, my audio hardware is SB Audigy 2 ZS, so I'm using Creative ASIO driver. Actually, after adjusting the settings in Audio+MIDI menu I get to hear the metronome and the samples played in tapedeck but I can get NO Input signal from ucg102 at all. At the same time when I set Directsound or Multimedia in the interface window of soundcard menu I do get the input signal, though it's awful quality naturally cause of the latency.

It would be greatly appreciated if you shared any ideas on what might actually be wrong

    Thanks in advance

Let's start simply -- you need to use the UCG-102 as your sound input and your sound output -- is that how it's configured?

well, not quite) I post a pic of my soundcard menu - that's how it looks. When it's configured like that there are no usb inputs or outputs available in tabs in routing menu.
Though I have an option of setting behringer usb audio as an output device in soundcard menu (2nd pic) by doing so I get only behringer usb audio ins and outs in routing menu

Behringer has to be in and OUT...

Try that and see if you can get it to work.

Yup, I do get it to work. The fact that I use behringer on the output means that I get the sound only in my headphones or combo plugged into the ucg's headphones output, am I right?

So the only way I can get the sound from this usb interface go through my soundcard is to connect ucg's output to the soundcard's input, right?

Why would you want to drive two cars at the same time?

Interfaces work best when they take full duplex (in and out). Otherwise, you run into a myriad of problems, the least of all being clocking and pops/clicks.

You're probably right, I don't really need it after all. Thanks for clearing things out)

How do I configure the UCG-102 as sound input and output?

Load the supplied ASIO driver, and then enable it in Guitar Combos preferences, under Audio Driver.
