    Hi folks.

I got up this morning to find the fans on my MacBookPro going pretty fast. Puzzled I checked and found that Kore2 (which I had accidentally left running overnight) was using ~100% CPU.

Now it's not playing anything, no MIDI activity, and, indeed, Kore 2's built in CPU meter shows minimal activity. But Mac OS X is telling a very different story.

I've attached a Shark profile of Kore 2 taken before shutting it down.

    Regards,

    Matt

    Hi sowari

Well I raise it as an overall quality issue I guess. I mean, my MBP often runs for days or weeks at a time without shutting down and most applications don't do this.

Yes thanks. When I plan to use Kore 2 I re-login without startup items and, indeed, Kore 2 was running properly when I went to sleep last night.

    Regards,

    Matt
