will be a Absynth update/upgrade available in the near future?

Besides Reaktor, Absynth is one of my fav NI Synths. I really like to see a overhauled version of it.
Is there any info about planned updates available?

The gut feeling is maybe not, As the NI teams are mostly focussing on the Reaktor blocks tech , Maschine and Kontakt.
Even Massive X is actually not an upgrade from Massive , it is an synth inspired by it. I haven't explored it enough , intial impressions are it doesn't sound as ballsy as its older brother. So i presume we have to see at what point they become abandonware.

Personally, I would've preferred Absynth X to Massive.

Well, in Komplete Kontrol there are rudimentary controls over a patch. But thats about it
