Will FM7+FM8 upgrade download become nfr?

Both were bought before the new NI nfr policy came into affect so i assume they don't. Can someone please confirm so i can let the buyer know? Thanks!

You'd have to ask support, but you should be able to.

What I'd do is call them:

Point out to them that the old EULA was in effect when you bought the download version.

Btw FM7 is boxed, forgot to add that. It's the FM8 upgrade i'm not sure about. I'm sending a support thing anyway so i can get it straight from them. Cheers!

I don't think they sold a download version of FM7, did they? I can't remember to be honest.

As for the new EULA, I've asked that it be posted on the site. Right now, about the only way to have it is by getting something that includes a copy of it, such as a recent Korepack.

No i think your right. It was just the discs. I spoke to someone at NI and they basically told me that anything with physical media is resellable atm. Anyway thanks for your help.
