Will reinstalling affect the activation code? (Komplete 10)

When I installed Native Instruments Komplete 10 on my computer, I installed it on the wrong hard drive, so I moved it to another hard drive. But I've read you aren't supposed to do that, as it moves the destination folders.

So, I was thinking of just reinstalling the entirety of Komplete 10 so the destination folders are correct, but I'm wondering if it will affect the activation code, as I've already activated the product. Can I just activate Komplete 10 again after uninstalling and reinstalling? Or is it not possible to activate the Komplete 10 again after uninstalling and reinstalling?

I had loads of issues when installing K10 so I had to try it over multiple times. My destination folders are custom folders. I don't use the NI default ones. As far as I can see, you can do pretty much everything as long as the instruments are activated in the NI service center.
Transferring to another computer may be another issue though, but I think you're safe here :)

Don't worry about burning through activations. I've installed and re-installed Komplete 6, 8, 9, and 10 on multiple computers over the years and have never had a problem re-activating.

It IS possible to move all the content folders post-install, if you know what you're doing (in fact I just wrote a program to help people fix their application settings after they move files around), but if you don't want to worry about tweaking the settings yourself and you haven't gotten too deep in Komplete yet, there's nothing wrong with uninstalling Komplete, then re-installing it with your desired paths. You might be asked to re-activate, but doing so won't put you at a disadvantage.
