Win 10 - Traktor pro 2 does not start

    I recently purchased an Acer Swift SF514-54T laptop (Windows 10, 8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 1035G1 CPU @ 1.00 GhZ). In order to use my Traktor S4 MK2 controller, I successfully downloaded and updated Traktor Pro 2, Native Access and Controller Editor. However, Traktor pro 2 does not open (and does not appear in the task manager), moreover the message error "Could not initialize Traktor. Another instance is probably running" appears. I checked and reinstalled the latest version of the driver but no change, Traktor still doesn't launch.
    Any idea to solve my problem ?
