Win 7 x 64 and komplete 5 problem

Hi,

I ve installed W 7 x 64 bit
on my system :

Intel core 2 quad q 9400, $GB RAM DDR 2 , 1066, GA EP 45 DS4

I use Cubase 4.5.2 ( and 5 - trial),
sound card TC electronic konnekt Live TC Near stfware Package 2.4.1.530, TC near Control panel 2.3.1.r2924,
TC near 1394 FW driver 3.5.0.7171

I have very strange behaviour of NI VSTI:
they are onpening very slow, switching between instruments in the same VSTI is very slow!
and after i do switching and close VSTI window
I can not switch anything after re opening VSTI window
all VSTI vcan see last chosen instruments only
I use some free VSTI like Yellow tolls - no problem!


what did I do wrong?

 

1) Did you run all the Komplete apps as standalones after installing them? If you did an upgrade install of W7, did you run all the apps again as standalones? Do so and reboot your system and reboot. Then, rescan your plugins with Cuibase.
2) Remember that Absynth 4, B4 II, Pro- 53 and Reaktor are 32 bit apps, anbd it's only the latest versioms of FM8, GR3, Kontakt and Massive that are x64. With the others, you'll need to use the bitbridge in Cubase x64, or use Cuibase as a 32 bit host.

Ok every VSTI has been used as standalone
and some of them re created sample base
but
I have still the same situation - it works slowlier ( changing presets) then on old XP
and GR 3
was not able to use any gear while it was as plugin in my session

 

This shouldn't be happening. Contact support.
