I would like to build a window comparator to adjust the amplitude ratio between two signals (average)..But I can't figure out how build this in reaktor..

Can you be more specific, and maybe give an example?
When you say "adjust a signal", do you mean "clip"?
Is a "window comparator" something in some other piece of audio software, or do
you mean something like a generic electronic term "signal is between a and b"
    type of a thing?

Yes it's a general electronic term..

The average of Signal X should be 6 db under the average of signal Y,so X-Y=6.
I'm building a sophisticated stereo-widening,and this part I want to make a "Width Limit" control based on the ratio between the L+R and L-R signal.
So the widener becomes intelligent to preserve "Over" exxagating of already "Wide" material...

I'm using Reaktor to build broadcast processing tools by the way..

Perhaps use a peak detector to compare the levels of the two channels and use the difference ratio to adjust the levels of some amplifier modules.

I have created a working window comparator macro using only three components, it can be made for either event (slow) or audio (fast) modes. As I am posting on a computer at work I can't post a screen shot so hang on and i'll post one as soon as i can!
