    Hi,

I'm trying to install Traktor 3 Pro on a second computer via Native Access.
The first install on my Macbook Pro was simple but for some reason it's problematical on my Windows 10 PC.

I've tried everything that support has suggested - uninstalling (both Native access and Traktor), reinstalling, disabling firewall/antivirus, checking installation paths etc. but Native Access keeps getting stuck on the activation screen.

The Traktor Pro shortcut has appeared on my desktop and I'm able to open it... as a demo version.
I don't seem to be able to activate it.
I'm currently trying again and it's been stuck on "activating" for an hour (see attached picture)

Does anyone have any suggestions? It seems to be quite a common problem but none of the solutions I've read on here work.
    Thanks in advance
    Andy

I found installing native access as admin, then running as admin on windows 10 solved install issues for me.

Thanks I'll try that - is that just Native Access or do I need to do that with Traktor 3 as well?

    (edited to add....)

I just tried that and it got stuck on the activating screen for an hour :(

Yikes. Might be connection issue to the N.I. server; One other thing to try - change your computer system DNS from the default automatic one (your ISP); such as Google DNS, OpenDNS, etc. -- seriously, this solved all kinds of weirdness I've had where all of a sudden I cannot connect to stuff, cannot download stuff or some websites show up with broken CSS, etc.

Thanks again, I'll give that a try... though I'll have to Google how to do it first :p

That's really useful, many thanks. I'll give it a try later.

I have a ticket open about this problem but I'm guessing they don't reply at weekends?
