Does anyone know of a windows utilty - or any other method - to easily route audio from winamp (or any mp3 player) to the inputs of reaktor.

I'm trying to find an easy way to run any random mp3 into an ensemble without first converting it to a .wav

End goal: use mp3's as input to reaktor

(I know I can conver to .wav - I just want to be able to quickly test ensembles with various tracks without converting).

One easy way I suppose would be to load the tracks into ableton and route to reaktor as an effect. But do I really want to corrupt sweat reaktor with crummy old live? Not really! Stay pure! :)

What sound card do you have? My M audio Delta 66 has the function of having a monitor mixer where you can output applications like media player, internet audio or anything using the default sound device to an output (monitor out) within the Delta control panel, which can be routed straight to reaktor. (I use this when grabbing stuff off DVD's etc)

    Or you could try

I've never tried it, but have considered this for my laptop which doesnt have the M audio S/card capability.
